old roof look like new. Hard to find leaks are attended to and cracked tiles, hips and ridges are replaced
if necessary. Cracked and broken pointing on ridges and caps will be fully
re-pointed with a flexible
pointing system.
Full restoration work normally includes:
• Moss control - to prevent moss
and mould growth
* Water blast roof - to clean and
remove all dirt and moss
• Repairs - Replacement of cracked
and broken tiles
• Full repoint to all hips and
ridge caps. Where necessary
• Key coat sealer - to seal the
tile surface and provide the base for the new coating systems to bind to Base
coat
• Hi-build base coat to build up
the worn surface of the old tile
• Final colour coat - this will
complete the coating process and will give an overall build of 380 microns
• 10year guarantee on all coatings
Our Three Step Process:
